Type of Yoga:

Ashtanga Yoga

Bikram yoga

It is also known as hot Yoga. It consists of 26 poses held in a heated room (105°F). People get the benefit of increasing stamina, detoxifying the body, and burning calories.

Hatha yoga

It is known as the beginner’s Yoga. It consists of basic poses and breathing techniques. Hatha Yoga usually provides an introduction to Yoga. People get the benefit of Improving flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga focuses on precision and alignment using props like blocks and straps. People get the benefit of Building strength, improving posture, and reducing pain.

Kundalini yoga
